801 RO Basics
This class is required for Express Service Advisor & Express Technician Certifications. The purpose of this course is to ground the associate in the fundamentals of a properly opened, documented, and closed Express repair order.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- The anatomy of a complete Express repair order from open to close
- Required customer, vehicle, and concern data on every RO
- Proper documentation of complaint, cause, and correction
- Time stamping, flag hours, and labor operation accuracy
- The most common RO errors that cost the dealership warranty dollars
