725 Mobile Video
This class is required for Mobile Service Technician & Service Advisor Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach the associate how to use customer-facing video as a trust-building and selling tool in the mobile environment.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- Why video closes more recommended work than verbal estimates
- Shooting a clean, well-lit, narrated walk-around on a tablet or phone
- Talking points that explain the why behind each recommendation
- Delivering the video through the proper customer channel
- Following up on the video to secure approval and additional sales
This class is designed for the following associates… Mobile Service Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager, BDC, & General Manager.
