702 Mobile Phone Skills
This class is required for Mobile Service Technician, BDC, & Service Advisor Certifications. The purpose of this course is to develop the phone skills required to book mobile appointments, confirm details, and convert inbound calls into mobile service repair orders.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- The $ value of every mobile service inbound call
- Qualifying the customer and the vehicle in 90 seconds or less
- Setting the appointment with clear expectations on time, location, and price
- Day-of confirmation, arrival window, and en-route communication
- Recovering missed calls and rescheduling no-shows
