602 Process Development

This class is required for Service Manager & Fixed Operations Director Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach the manager how to design, document, and roll out the processes that drive consistent results.
The student will learn the following impact items:

  • Why process beats personality in a fixed operations department
  • Mapping the current-state process and identifying breakdowns
  • Writing a one-page standard operating procedure
  • Rolling out a new process so it actually sticks
  • Auditing and refining the process over time

This class is designed for the following associates… Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Parts Manager, Shop Foreman, Fixed Operations Director, & General Manager.
