744 Mobile Maintenance
This class is required for Mobile Service Technician & Service Advisor Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach the proper execution of factory-scheduled maintenance services in the mobile environment and how to maximize maintenance revenue per stop.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- The complete list of mobile-deliverable maintenance services
- Setting up the mobile vehicle and tools for efficient maintenance work
- Working from the OEM maintenance schedule by mileage interval
- Documenting maintenance completion with parts, fluids, and photos
- Booking the next maintenance appointment before leaving the customer
