820 Express Sales – Menu
This class is required for Express Service Advisor Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach the advisor a clear, repeatable process for selling factory-scheduled maintenance using a printed Express menu.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- The structure of an effective Express maintenance menu
- Walking the customer through the menu in plain language
- Pricing presentation that supports closing without discounting
- Overcoming the three most common Express maintenance objections
- Tracking dollars-per-RO and effective labor rate on every ticket
