844 Express MPI
This class is required for Express Service Advisor & Express Technician Certifications. The purpose of this course is to align the technician and the advisor on the standardized Multi-Point Inspection used in the Express lane.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- The shared language of the Express MPI green / yellow / red system
- How the technician’s findings flow to the advisor’s presentation
- Time-stamped MPI completion targets on every RO
- Auditing MPI compliance, accuracy, and close ratio
- Tying MPI findings to today’s sale and the next scheduled visit
