704 Mobile MPI
This class is required for Mobile Service Technician & Service Advisor Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach proper execution of the Multi-Point Inspection in a mobile setting and how to present the findings to the customer on site.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- The complete mobile MPI workflow from arrival to handoff
- Using a tablet-based MPI to document findings with photos and notes
- Color-coding the green / yellow / red findings consistently
- Presenting needed and recommended work in a no-pressure conversation
- Converting findings into approved work today or a scheduled future visit
