701 Mobile Service Experience
This class is required for Mobile Service Technician, Service Advisor, & Mobile Service Manager Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach the associate how to deliver an exceptional, dealership-quality experience from the customer’s driveway or workplace.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- What the ideal mobile service experience looks like from arrival to departure
- Presenting yourself, your vehicle, and your tools in a professional manner
- Communicating clearly with the customer in their home or workplace
- Handling unexpected concerns and additional needed work professionally
- Earning five-star reviews, referrals, and the next scheduled appointment
