650 Coaching for Accountability and Profit
This class is required for Service Manager & Fixed Operations Director Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach the manager how to hold one-on-one coaching conversations that drive both accountability and profitability.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- The weekly one-on-one structure that produces results
- How to coach to the numbers without becoming the bad guy
- Using data to make the coaching conversation objective
- Documenting coaching for performance management
- Connecting individual coaching to department gross profit
