810 The Loyalty Lane
This class is required for Express Service Advisor & Service Manager Certifications. The purpose of this course is to teach how the Express lane builds long-term customer loyalty through speed, transparency, and consistent maintenance presentation.
The student will learn the following impact items:
- Why the Express lane is the #1 owner-retention tool in the dealership
- Building the ideal greet-to-promise-time flow
- Delivering a consistent maintenance presentation on every visit
- Connecting today’s visit to the next scheduled appointment
- Measuring customer retention and repeat ROs by advisor
